Jeff was prompt, cordial, and professional in all his dealings with us. He was very clear about what was needed in terms of prep, so we were ready when the stretcher arrived. On the day of the appt, Joe arrived in time and completed the work in a timely manner, even pausing to restock on tack strips so that we had what we needed to hold things in place. Our carpets were in great shape other than beginning to wrinkle a bit, and now they look just gorgeous. Joe was a pro and finished our 2700 ft home in just four hours. You can see in these photos where the carpet was creasing, but the creases are already fading and the result is excellent.
